Leadatrix does not provide messaging services itself and does not replace or control any third-party messaging platforms.

3. User Responsibilities

By using Leadatrix, you confirm that:

• You own or are authorized to use the phone numbers, messaging accounts, and data connected to the Service
• You comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You obtain any required customer consent before processing messages or personal data

You are solely responsible for the content and legality of the data processed through the Service.

4. WhatsApp & Meta Disclaimer

Leadatrix is an independent software service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or WhatsApp LLC.

Use of WhatsApp or Meta services is subject to their own terms and policies. Leadatrix is not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms, including account restrictions or suspensions.

5. Data Handling

Leadatrix processes message content and related information solely to provide the Service.

Users can delete leads and associated data at any time directly through the Leadatrix website.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable access to the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

• Loss of business, revenue, or profits

• Message delivery failures or delays caused by third-party platforms
• Account actions taken by WhatsApp, Meta, or other service providers
